Ganediwal is a well-established name in the Indian business society, since their first involvement with the textile businesses in the 1890s. They have developed their expertise in spinning, cotton ginning and related textile industries.

Board of Directors of the Company decided to diversify its business activities and looking in to the current market scenario and possession of huge amount of land, Board has proposed to start real estate business activities /development of land for which members have given their approval in Annual General Meeting held on 25th September, 2019; for which company received approval from Registrar of Companies on 8th November, 2019.

Further in view of current market scenario, Board of Directors have decided to diversify the business activities and to focus on business of whole sale trading all types of goods by alteration of Main object clause of the Company in 30th Annual General Meeting held on 20th September, 2021; for which company has received approval from Registrar of Companies on 1st October, 2021.
